These plans and phones are for GlobalVerge E-Associates only! Each Globalverge
ID is allowed up to 2 phones and plans only! These phones or plans are not to
be retailed or resold, and if a Globalverge
E-Associate is caught reselling these they will be terminated.
Any new handset
(phone) purchased will have a 10 day trial period guarantee. You can try
the handset for up to 10 days and if you are not satisfied,
can return it exactly as it was received, in the same packaging and you
can exchange it for another handset of equal or lesser value, only
charging extra for shipping.
A handset can only be activated if
coverage is available. Our provision team will check the coverage by Zip Code
and if coverage is available will activate and ship out phone. If you receive
the activated phone and coverage is not where you are located or is weak, there
are 3 scenarios that you have to pick from;
1. Exchange handset for a Hybrid
Sprint/Nextel handset. This will allow the handset to operate on Sprint and
Nextel network and default to the stronger network. Nextel's network is
nationwide with superb coverage as well. This plan cost 20.00 more per month
but should take care of your no converge issue.
2. If your signal is weak from your
residence, you may purchase a signal amplifier. This will strengthen the signal
greatly and may solve your issue. The Amplifier is an additional purchase.
3. We can offer a credit back
for the handset and plan as long as the handset is returned within 10 days as
it was delivered in the original box with all hardware, software and
accessories.
