RE ACTIVATION

 

THIS IS AN URGENT MESSAGE

 

Hello e-Associates,

 

The news is spreading fast that we won our court case last week and received a $44M judgment against Zer01 and Ben Piilani. My phone has been ringing off the hook from news reporters and of course excited e-Associates. Once again, I want to thank all of you who have weathered this storm with us. Of course, we have other business to clean up on the legal front and I promise all of you that we are working diligently on these cases. This is YOUR business and I am personally committed to protect the opportunity that you have with Global Verge.

 

However, that said, it is time to move forward and build your teams with the strength of your convictions. We have momentum and timing on our side and you want to be sure and take advantage of this. I want to remind everyone once again that THIS MONDAY, May 31st is the absolute deadline for renewing an inactive position. Also, since May 31st is a holiday our offices will be closed. Therefore, I want to make sure that everyone understands how we are going to handle the renewal deadline. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this.

 

At the bottom of this email I am including the instructions for renewal of an inactive position so that you can TAKE ACTION NOW. Please read these instructions carefully. There are different actions for those that may not be able to access their account for any number of reasons (forgot password, forgot ID#, etc). You will note that if you can’t get into your back office to reactivate then you must contact our support staff at Global Verge. Since the deadline is May 31st and we are closed May 31st you need to know what to do if you get into an emergency and are faced with an access problem while our offices are closed. So please read carefully:

 

IF FOR SOME REASON YOU CANNOT ACCESS YOUR BACK OFFICE WHEN WE ARE CLOSED (THIS SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY – MAY 29TH THROUGH MAY 31ST  THEN WE WILL ACCEPT A SUPPORT TICKET DATED NO LATER THAN MAY 31, 2010 AT MIDNIGHT CENTRAL TIME. THIS SUPPORT TICKET MUST REQUEST RENEWAL AND ACTIVATION AND MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

 

Name of e-Associate

ID#

NAME OF PLAN TO ACTIVATE: Intro, Basic or Pro Plan

Last 4 digits of card on file with Global Verge

CVV number on back of card

Statement saying that you wish to reactivate

 

NOTE: If the card you have on file is no longer active and you wish to use a different card you can either give your new card number in the support ticket (along with Exp Date and CVV code) OR you can insert a phone number for us to call you on Tuesday, June 1 to get that information.

 

ALSO NOTE: Upon receipt of the support ticket requesting renewal the GV support staff will also automatically reinstate your autoship.

 

An email letting you know that your renewal has been completed will be sent to each person that submits a support ticket.

 

If we do not receive a support ticket by May 31 at midnight central with the appropriate information you will be locked out of the system. TO INITIATE A SUPPORT TICKET:

 

1. Go to www.globalverge.com, select the “Support” tab. Follow instructions and click to submit a ticket to Global Verge

 

2. This will bring you to the Support Suite page. Again, click on Submit a ticket and then follow the steps by entering information.

 

3. Make sure to keep your ticket ID# for your records.

 

I cannot stress enough that you need to take action NOW. Do not wait until the deadline.

FOLLOWING ARE THE RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS:

 

 

IF YOU ARE STILL ABLE TO LOG INTO YOUR BACK OFFICE, THEN YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO MAY 31ST AT MIDNIGHT CDT:

 

1) Place an Order on the left side of your home page in your original Back office.

2) This order must be for either $14.95 Intro (Intro), $39.95 (Basic) or $99.95 (Pro Pack)

3) Make sure that your credit card is entered and is updated.

4) When you have placed the order, go back to the original page and on the left click Manage Autoship. In this section you need to set up your autoship to occur monthly.

5) Check and make sure that your order has processed.

 

*NOTE – your Autoship will not start processing until June so you have to place an order first so that you have an order in May in order to meet the deadline.

 

IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO GET INTO YOUR BACK OFFICE, THEN YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO MAY 31ST at MIDNIGHT CDT.

1) CALL GV Rep Support - 816-875-3213 or 816-875-3226 and tell them you want to renew.

2 Be prepared with all of your personal information.  

3) Request that an order be placed for May.  

4) Also request that your Autoship be reinstated.  

5) Get the confirmation order # for your records. You will need this order # if there are any problems that occur.

6) Request that your website be reinstated and ask for the password that you will use to get in the first time you log in.

7) Immediately check your back office to assure your order was placed.

NOTE: If you reactivate by the May 31st deadline WE ARE WAIVING the $30 activation fee for the Basic membership and the $50 activation fee for the Pro Pack membership. .

For those very patient e-Associates in Canada, South Africa and Australia, you will be able to hold your position and your downline until 30 days after the mobile product is implemented in your countries. HOWEVER, keep in mind that if you have an active downline you will not be paid unless you have an active position. The decision is yours. There are many e-Associates that have building U.S. downlines from other countries or are working with their teams to get paid from their matrix positions while sharing many of our other products.

Mark Petschel, co-founder of Global Verge, announced today that inactive e-Associates may reactivate in Global Verge for the cost of their monthly auto-ship fee. This means that for the rest of May inactive e-Associates only have to pay the cost of their monthly auto-ship to become active again. This is a onetime savings of up to $50 depending on the level an e-Associate reactivates, i.e., Intro, Basic, or Pro. Normally, after 60 days, an inactive e-Associate would have to pay an activation fee to become active again. This offer does not apply to those who have voluntarily requested termination from Global Verge or those who have otherwise been terminated from GV.

This is a great time to reactivate with the release of the new cell phone products and plans that are for members only. In addition to the members only program, the retail cellular program is set to begin very soon. Both programs offer phenomenal cellular prices with terrific member commissions. GV is also unveiling its new and greatly improved version of VoIP service along with other innovative products.
