Hosted PBX phone service with 19 calling and enhanced user features designed for use low feature SMB/E work space. Each Enterprise Basic seat includes 1 DID No Voice Mail user account is included. Voice mail can be added a la carte. (At least 1 Executive seat is also required for each account.) Each Basic seat includes 5000 minutes of outbound calling and unlimited inbound usage. Outbound calling includes calls (Local and Long Distance) anywhere in the continental US, Hawaii and Canada. Outbound dialing to Alaska will be billed at $0.215 per minute. This Product was developed to allow associates an easy proposed application to customers looking to exchange or remove their existing PBX to a new hosted VoIP solution. The IPFLEX Product allows a very fast easy quote for service to business customers by using a simple formula to compute a proposed system.

As an example a customer may have an existing 32 seats/extensions and use eight telephones lines for its inbound and outbound service regarding its business. This would calculate to 32 x $15.99 = $511.68 for extension services and 8 x $39.99 = $319.92 for public network access lines/trunks (VoIP). The total bid for proposed services on monthly recurring fees equals $831.60 (installation fees not included). Dedicated internet is recommended for all business VOIP accounts.
Dedicated call paths/phone lines designed to support IPFLEX extensions. Each line can serve no more than 4 IPFLEX extensions. Fewer than 4 extensions per line are permitted. Each IPFLEX Line represents one simultaneous call. As few as one IPFLEX Line may be ordered. Lines do not include extensions. Extensions must be purchased separately. Global Verge Business VoIP IPTrunking

Global Verge IPTrunking is for customers with existing IPPBX, Legacy PBX or Keyset systems. This is a non-hosted service. IP communication channels (minimum two) terminated on a PBX or Keyset at the customer premise. Any required Integrated Access Device (IAD) is not included. IPTrunking Basic services can now be ordered with powerful ala carte and Class 5 user feature overlays such as Simultaneous Ring and Sequential Ring. These advance features can be used to supplement those features already provided by an existing PBX or Key Set. Authorized Class 5 and A la carte features include: Auto Attendant – Includes 1 DID, Class 5 Feature Package (See Product Catalog for feature set), Conference Bridge, Instant Group Call (DIDs required), IPCallRecord (DIDs required), Hunt Group (DIDs required), Voice Mail (DIDs required), IPFax Solution - (Includes 1 DID). Global Verge Business VoIP IPTrunking Usage Plan A - (1000 min Outbound/Unlimited Inbound) $21.99

Plan A includes 1000 outbound minutes of use (Local and Long Distance) and unlimited inbound minutes of use per DSO. All usage is aggregated across all DSOs in the account. For example if an account has 10 DSOs, then included outbound minutes equal 10,000 minutes of use per month and unlimited inbound minutes. All Global Verge “flat rate” and “unlimited” products are subject to “intended use” limitations, which restrict uses such as “auto dialers” and outbound call centers generating atypical, high volume usage. Global Verge IPFax is a simple, cost-effective service where your faxes can be received by email ensuring convenience and privacy.
Your assigned “fax” phone number generates the tones of a fax machine. When a fax machine dials the “fax” phone number, the incoming fax is transmitted and converted into a PDF file, attached to an email and sent to your designated email address. You can receive faxes anywhere nationwide that you have access to your email.

With the Global Verge IPFax service you can:
